Catering                

Tea and coffee facilities will be available free to exhibitors.

Cafeteria-style food and drinks will be for sale throughout the day Saturday and Sunday This is being provided by Sharocks a well respected local company.

On Sat Evening an Informal Buffet and get together will be available at the Devon Hotel (Marbles Restaurant) Just around the corner from the show venue, on Devon Street.

An all you can eat buffet price $34.90 Adults, 16 - 18 and over 60, $24.90.  11 - 15 $17.90. 6 - 10 $12.90 and under 5 $7.90. There is also a bar for those who do not want the buffet.

An area to ourselves is booked for 8.00am with drinks available from the bar both before and after the meal. if you could please indicate on your registration how many people want the buffet (payment by individuals on the night)

Parking                   Floats and vehicles may be parked on the grass reserve close to the venue overnight.

Security                  Professional security firm will be on duty overnight covering arena and parking area.
